The Personnel Committee is comprised of Village Board members. The Committee negotiates labor contracts, recruits and interviews village staff, hears grievances and disciplinary actions, and recommends labor contracts, personnel policies and new hires to the full Village Board. The committee has no fixed meeting schedule. Meetings are scheduled as needed.
