Congratulations 2019 Transition Program Graduates!

Family and friends gathered for the Transition Program's graduation ceremony today and listened to commencement speeches each student had prepared. Many of the speeches included special 'thank yous' to the teachers, classmates and family members who helped on their path to graduation.
